Terms of Use, Policies, and Procedures – Pool Pays
These Terms of Use, Policies, and Procedures (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites poolpays.com and poolpays.app, as well as all features, services, liquidity pools, affiliate system, Web3 integrations, and other resources provided by PoolPays (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
User: Any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
Wallet: A digital wallet used to interact with the Platform.
USDC: A stablecoin pegged to the US dollar used in transactions.
Pool / Liquidity Pool: A decentralized collective mechanism for resource allocation, subject to inherent risks.
Affiliate System: A program that allows referrals of new users under specific rules.
2.1. The user declares that they have the legal capacity to use the Platform.
2.2. The user is solely responsible for the custody of their wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, and access credentials.
2.3. PoolPays does not have access to users’ private keys and cannot reverse on-chain transactions.
3.1. The maximum amount allowed per connected account and per user is 10,000 USDC.
3.2. This limit may be changed at any time, without prior notice, at PoolPays’ sole discretion.
3.3. The Platform may impose additional limits, temporary or permanent, for operational, security, fraud prevention, or system integrity reasons.
4.1. The user acknowledges and accepts that liquidity pools involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Partial or total loss of allocated funds;
Impermanent loss risk;
Smart contract failures;
Blockchain network congestion or failures;
Changes to pool rules, parameters, or logic.
4.2. PoolPays does not guarantee profitability, minimum returns, or capital preservation.
4.3. The user acknowledges that past performance does not guarantee future results.
5.1. The user understands that digital environments, blockchain, and Web3 are subject to cyber risks, including attacks, exploits, software failures, unknown vulnerabilities, phishing, social engineering, and force majeure events.
5.2. PoolPays adopts good security practices but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber incidents.
5.3. PoolPays is not liable for losses resulting from external attacks, third-party failures, bridges, integrated protocols, or user actions.
6.1. PoolPays operates exclusively as a technology platform and does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
6.2. All decisions regarding participation in pools are the sole responsibility of the user.
7.1. The Affiliate System is intended exclusively for legitimate user referrals.
7.2. Any attempt to engage in the following is strictly prohibited:
Self-referrals;
Creation of multiple wallets or accounts;
Artificial manipulation of volumes or transactions;
Use of bots, scripts, or automation;
Any practice intended to exploit, bypass, or defraud the affiliate system.
8.1. Any suspicious activity identified on the PoolPays.app system may result in immediate operational suspension, without prior notice.
8.2. A deduction related to network fees may be applied when operational or on-chain costs are associated with suspicious activity.
8.3. In cases of recurrence, the offending wallet’s investment may be retained in the pool as a penalty, in order to ensure the security, stability, and integrity of the Platform.
8.4. Other penalties may include, individually or cumulatively:
Temporary or permanent blocking of the wallet or account;
Cancellation of affiliate rewards;
Suspension or permanent removal from the Platform;
Total loss of allocated capital;
Partial refund of funds, at PoolPays’ sole discretion, after deduction of fees, operational costs, penalties, and network fees.
8.5. PoolPays reserves the right to monitor, audit, and analyze on-chain and off-chain activities for security and compliance purposes.
9.1. PoolPays may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
9.2. Termination does not entitle the user to any compensation, refund, or reimbursement of any kind.
10.1. PoolPays is not liable for:
Financial losses;
Failures of its own or third-party smart contracts;
Blockchain, network, bridge, or integrated protocol issues;
Decisions made by users based on the Platform.
10.2. Use of the Platform is at the user’s sole risk.
11.1. These Terms may be amended at any time, without prior notice.
11.2. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes automatic acceptance of the new Terms.
12.1. These Terms are governed by the general principles applicable to digital platforms and blockchain technologies.
12.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using PoolPays, the user declares awareness, agreement, and full acceptance of these Terms of Use, Policies, and Procedures.
